Healthy LifeThe Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010) is a compulsory, one-year course for undergraduates to learn how to maintain a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle that will help them to effectively manage their life, learning and work. Working in collaboration with the Noaber Foundation’s Healthy Life Alliance (HLA), the Major Alliance believes there is a need to build a sustainable and holistic health care system that is focused on Healthy Living. To achieve this, we have chosen four subthemes; food, housing, work, and leisure. We believe the extent in which someone is living a healthy life is determined by how they behave, what they eat, how they work and finding a balance in their free time.
